The $9.95 shipping and handling charge covers shipping your pearl jewelry item(s) by priority mail assuring you receive your pearls in good shape and in a timely manner as well as helping keep our prices low. 40-Day Guarantee We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your freshwater pearls jewelry purchase. If you are not, you may return your pearl jewelry for any reason within 40 days of date of purchase. Notify us by phone or email within the 40 days stating your intention to return your freshwater pearls jewelry merchandise. Your returned pearls must arrive at our office within 50 days after the date of purchase. Pack the pearl jewelry item(s) securely, using the original package, if possible. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the pearls. 3. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number. 4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. 5. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Parcel Post for returning your freshwater pearls jewelry. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the pearl jewelry package you are returning to ensure that the freshwater pearls jewelry is returned to the address shown above. 7. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned freshwater pearls jewelry product.
