She deals with one family in China that has become like an extention of her own family.  They know her desire to have the highest quality of pearls; even the less expensive jewelry has the highest quality of pearl.  Pam travels to China often to  see her "extended family" and to handpick the pearls, stones, accent crystals and pendants for her pearl necklaces, pearl bracelets, pearl earrings and more; closely scanning them for color and quality.
